As a poet, a prose writer, and a yoga practitioner, I have always endeavored to seek the truth about god and existence. This site is dedicated to that search.

The greatest tool any of us may employ is an unprejudiced mind. Frames of reference must continually be revised and widened. Awareness must be diligently cultivated lest we fail to see what is truly happening in our own minds and the world at large. Humor, courtesy and kindness are crucial as well.
